With a strong background in engineering, international sales, strategy, and transformation, he has consistently driven double-digit growth and operational excellence across diverse industries. Before joining Gimatic, Emanuele held senior leadership roles at Barnes Molding Solutions and Gruber Logistics, Gilbarco Veeder-Root Danaher Corporation, managing global teams and multi-million-euro business portfolios. Holding a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Pisa and an MBA from SDA Bocconi, he combines technical rigor with visionary leadership — turning innovation into sustainable growth and long-term value creation.

Cinzia joined Gimatic in 2018, first as Consolidated Financial Statements Manager, then as Finance Manager, before being appointed Group CFO in 2024. With a solid background in auditing at Deloitte, one of the world’s leading firms, she brings financial discipline, analytical rigor, and strategic vision to Gimatic’s growth. A graduate in Business and Industrial Management from the University of Brescia, Cinzia ensures that every innovation and investment is supported by sound financial planning and sustainable resource allocation. For her, financial governance is not just about numbers; it’s about building the foundation that allows innovation and progress to thrive securely over time.

An engineer with over 20 years of experience in Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, and Sustainability (QHSE & ESG), Andrea is the face of safety at Gimatic, the company’s foremost value. He leads initiatives that protect people, enhance workplace wellbeing, and ensure environmental responsibility across all operations. Before joining Gimatic, he held leadership roles at Chanel, Serioplast, Franco Tosi Meccanica, Sassoli Group, Gardner Denver, and Aster Termoimpianti. His extensive background spans multiple industries — from luxury fashion to energy and manufacturing — where he managed large teams, multi-plant operations, and complex compliance systems, with a steadfast commitment to excellence and to caring for people.

With extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, Laura leads Gimatic’s people strategy with empathy, pragmatism, and vision. Before joining Gimatic, she held senior HR roles at Medtronic and Invatec, guiding major transformations, integrations, and global talent programs. Today, she oversees all HR activities, focusing on talent development, leadership growth, and employee engagement. Her approach is rooted in openness, collaboration, and authenticity, creating workplaces where people can grow, perform, and belong.

With a strong background in corporate, international, and intellectual property law, Marco leads Gimatic’s legal affairs globally. After gaining experience in leading Italian law firms and major industrial groups, he joined Gimatic to establish and strengthen its legal function. Today, he oversees governance, compliance, and business integrity, while ensuring the protection of Gimatic’s most valuable asset: innovation. Through his expertise, Marco safeguards the company’s technological achievements — from patents to know-how — bridging legal precision with strategic foresight to secure sustainable growth and long-term competitiveness

With nearly two decades of experience in sales, product management, and vacuum technology, Andrea leads Gimatic’s global sales strategy with energy, precision, and vision. After a long career at Piab, where he advanced from technical sales to Sales Director, he joined Gimatic in 2020, bringing deep expertise in automation and customer engagement. Today, he represents a key point of reference in the international automation landscape, driving Gimatic’s global growth by turning vision into action and passion into sustainable results. His leadership fosters partnerships built on innovation, performance, and long-term success.

Jacopo leads Gimatic’s value creation and transformation initiatives, guiding the company’s strategic evolution and growth. Before joining Gimatic, he served as Chief of Staff at Angelini Pharma and Strategy & Business Development Manager at Angelini Group, following six years in management consulting at Boston Consulting Group. With international experience across Europe and the US, and an MBA from Columbia Business School, Jacopo brings a transparent, direct, and collaborative leadership style focused on innovation and long-term impact.

Giuseppe brings over 20 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, and supply chain management. Before joining Gimatic, he served as Operations Manager at Roncadelle Operations. He spent 16 years at Invatec (later Medtronic Invatec), holding roles of increasing responsibility, including Senior Manufacturing Manager and Principal Industrial Engineer. With an Executive MBA from Politecnico di Milano and a Master’s in Management Engineering from the University of Brescia, Giuseppe combines analytical rigor and leadership to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Luciano leads Gimatic’s Research & Development and EOAT Design & Quotation teams, driving innovation through collaboration, structure, and technical excellence. Before joining Gimatic in 2024, he served as R&D Group Leader at VHIT S.p.A. (formerly Bosch VHIT), where he managed Design, Simulation, Electronic HW development and SW development. With a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, Luciano combines deep technical knowledge with a strong ability to build structured, efficient processes that empower creativity and ensure consistency. His goal is to develop a solid, forward-thinking R&D ecosystem — one that transforms ideas into high-quality products and measurable, lasting results.

Federico combines technical expertise and strategic vision to lead Gimatic’s global product development and strategic marketing initiatives. Since joining the company in 2011, he has advanced through key sales and business development roles, gaining deep insight into markets, customers, and technologies. Today, he drives the evolution of Gimatic’s product portfolio and brand identity, using marketing as a bridge to connect the company more effectively with its global ecosystem of partners, industries, and customers. His approach blends analytical precision with creativity and authentic communication — shaping innovation that resonates with the market and strengthens Gimatic’s position as a leader in intelligent automation.
